Halloween arrives and it's time for him to leave.

In the aftermath of last year Jamie lost the ability

to speak and was placed in a hospital for children.

Strangly, she has devloped a telepathic link to her uncle's

Michael starts his search and finds Rachel, Jamies foster sister

alone and vulnerable. He stalks her. Jamie does everything she can to stop this but to no avail. Michael stabs Rachael with scissors and she dies.

Dr.Loomis continues his unrelenting search to bring the

weekend. She visits Jamie in the hospital, and tries to bring up

the little girls spirits. She leaves that evening to attend a Haloween party at a local barn.

Michael "replaces" Tina's boyfriend with himself and

steals his much prized black sports car. He picks Tina up for the party in hopes of being led to the little girl.

Jamie's psychic link allows her to save Tina and leaves the trail cold for Michael. Tina returns to the hospital to see that Jamie has regained her speach. Jamie begs Tina not to go back to the party but Tina leaves and heads for the farm.

Michael also follows Tina. He finds more victims in the barn.

Jamie finds Tina just in time to have Michael chase them down with the boyfriends car. The car gets demolished and the foot chase begins. Dr. Loomis shows up to late to save Tina but rescues the little girl.

Dr. Loomis devises a plan to wait for Michael back at the old Myers house. He uses Jamie as bait. With one lone deputy hidden up in Judith's old room they anticipate his arival.

Michael attacks Dr. Loomis and heads upstairs to Jamie. The deputy grabs her and tries to escape out the window.

Dr. Loomis awakens and beckons Michael to the living room

where he traps him with a net made of chains. The police show up and drag Michael away to the jailhouse.

Jamie and the deputy are sitting outside of the police station,

when they hear gun shots and screaming inside. The deputy leaves

Jamie alone and goes inside. All goes quiet and Jamie goes to see

The story ends with a mysterious man in black leaving the station.
