the scene featured kirsty and tiffany returning
from hell to run into two surgeons who turn
out to be pinhead and the female cenobite.
somehow though this picture made it to the back of the
movie box.
Dr. channard has the bloody mattress on which julia died delivered to his home and placed in his study. Channard
then brings browning, a patient from the mental hospital
who believes that maggots are crawling over his body,
to the study. in hopes of resurrecting julia, channard leads
browning to the mattress and gives him a straight razor.
Browning begins to slash himself, scraping the maggots
from his skin.
Dr. channard watches as browning cuts himself to pieces
dripping blood all over the mattress that julia died on.
Suddenly, two arms burst out of the mattress and grab
browning pulling him down on the mattress, while the
bloody figure of julia emerges. browning tries to escape,
but julia grabs ahold of him and sucks the life out of him.
While at the channard institute, kirsty has a dream.
A man without skin appears in the corner of her room.
the man writes a bloody message on the wall

kirsty believes this is a cry for help from her
dead father
julia shows channard several different sights in hell.
one vision is of three people. two men and a woman.
the people are naked from the waist up
and embedded in stone from the waist down.
the figures are writhing against each other
with unfulfilled and unfulfillable passion.
Channard thinks he recognizes the woman as julia.
Channard has been reborn. one of leviathans tentacles drilled into
his head. Channard is now even more dangerous than he was before,
for now he is linked to the god. his new duty is to lead the cenobites
to new levels of evil. his first duty, he returns to the institute and
slaughters all of his patients.
